SAG-AFTRA, the DGA, IATSE, Teamsters and the Hollywood Basic Crafts have announced that the COVID-19 Safety Agreement and its related protocols will expire May 11th, 2023. Some of the conditions during the transition include:
- Grandfathering: Certain projects in production before May 11th, 2023, may continue following their policies for the duration of the production.
- Additional Paid COVID -19 Sick Days: There will be an additional five paid COVID-19 sick days for all employees through the end of the year.
